  • Early check-in is subject to availability. For guaranteed early check-in, reservation needs to be made starting from the previous night
  • Later check-outs are available on request and subject to availability
  • Late check out until 3.00 pm will be charge at half room rate

ATM & Money Changer

  • ATMs can be found at the main road Jalan Raya Denpasar to Gilimanuk, only 500 meters from Pondok Pisces Bungalows. Accept Master card & Visa,
  • There is no Money Changer in our village
  • If you need to stop at an ATM or Money Changer before arrival, please let our driver know, and he will take you there


  • We do have credit card facilities at Pondok Pisces but due to security reasons we do not have an offline transaction facility therefore can only be used for on-site payments (credit card must be swiped)
  • We do not have an offline method for credit card payment

Reservation & Guarantee

  • Reservation will only be served via reservation online
  • Reservations on the same day or the day before, please call this number directly +62(0)813 3879 7722 (Reception) 
  • As all bookings are on a first come first serve basis you should make a reservation as early as possible.
  • Reservation online minimum stay of 2 nights is required from 1st July to 31st August.
  • All bookings must be guaranteed at the time of reservation by made a deposit transfer.
  • A non-refundable deposit of 1/3 on your total room nights or a minimum one night’s room rate is required to secure your booking.
  • All rates will be charged in Indonesian Rupiah and Prices in USD are only indicative and may vary due to fluctuation in the rate of exchange.
  • Deposit payments can be made by Bank Transfer (Indonesian Bank in Indonesian Rupiah) or PayPal for credit card payment and overseas transfer, with the balance payable on arrival. We will send you our bank account details or PayPal invoice at the time of reservation.
  • Your booking will be confirmed after receipt of the transferred amount. You will receive a receipt for your payment.
  • Please bring the Receipt of Payment with you and present to reception on arrival.
  • Please pay your balance or final payment on arrival.
  • Pondok Pisces reserves the right to change the room rates and polices without giving any prior notice.

Cancellation Policy

Date Condition
>30 days before arrival Will charge a minimum one night per room booked plus 10% handling book and bank fee
7 – 30 days Your deposit will not be refunded, but we are happy to transfer your booking to another time
< 7 days or No Show In the event of a guest with a confirmed booking not arriving and not communicating with us before or after the booked date or contact us less then 7 days before arrival, NO deposit money paid will be refunded.
Leaving early In the event of a guest leaving early through no fault of the hotel, the guest must pay half of the room fee booked or minimum one night’s room rate
  • For authentication purposes, only written cancellation notices (e-mail) to our official emails will be accepted
  • The refund will be made through bank transfer or through Paypal, depending on the original method of purchase
  • The refund will need time depending on our busy time. Additionally, although we will instruct the bank to handle the crediting process upon notification of cancellation, it could take several weeks for the actual crediting to take place, depending on your Bank’s practice

Babies * Babies are accommodate free of charge.

* Baby cot is provided with a small charge.

Children sharing with parent * 2 to under 6 years: Free of charge.

* 6 to under 12 years: 50% of the person sharing rate

Children in own room/bed * 2 to under 6 years: 50% of the person sharing rate.

* 6 to under 12 years: pay full rate.

Children with extra bed * 50% of the person extra rate.
